What we publish

The Quran in the native Arabic accompanied by verse-by-verse English translation, alongside lectures and talks from prominent Islamic scholars on commonly misunderstood topics — comparative religion, Islam and science, the life of this world and the hereafter, and misconceptions about Islam.

The archive

This site has been running in some form since 2006. A complete archive was recovered in 2026, covering hundreds of lectures and recitations. It is being restored gradually rather than all at once, because most of the material was produced by other scholars and organisations, and each item needs its publishing permission confirmed before it goes back online.

Where material belongs to someone else, they are credited on the page and the original source is linked. Possessing a recording is not the same as having the right to republish it, and we would rather restore slowly than carelessly.

Accuracy

Quranic text and translations are taken from canonical sources and always attributed to the named translator and edition. Translations are interpretations and are labelled as such, never presented as the text itself. If you find an error anywhere on this site, please tell us — corrections are made openly rather than quietly.
